Boarding Rates

We offer boarding 3 convenient ways, in 4 different paddocks with attached loafing sheds:

Loafing Shed #1:

This loafing shed #1 has 2 - 13' X 12' X 8' stalls. The outside attached, individual paddocks are 28'x30'.

Full Care:

$500/month

We feed for you 2 times a day. We provide the feed. This includes 2 flakes of coastal hay at each feeding.    12% grain and the amount you want us to feed.  Your horse is  turned out 3 times a week on a 3 acre pasture.  

Partial Care:

$250/month

You provide the feed , and we feed for you 2 times a day, AM and PM  Your horse is turned out 3 times a week on a 3 acre pasture.

 Partial Care with Round Bale:

$400/month

We provide a round bale for your horse(s), and we provide the hay ring for it. You provide your own grain, and we feed for you AM and PM, the amount of grain you specify. Your horse is  turned out 3 times a week on a 3 acre pasture.  

Loafing Shed #2:

This loafing shed #2 has 2 - 12' X 7' X 7' stalls.  The outside attached, individual paddocks are  24' X 27'.  The same care as above.

Full Care: $500/month

Partial Care: $250/month

Partial Care with Round Bale: $400/month

 

 

 

Amenities:

120' x 150' fenced and gated arena .  You have access to a 12' x 14' tack room with your own key. Tack room has lights and a mini-fridge. Outside tack up area on mats with spotlights, external electrical outlet and a water hose with a sprayer provided. You have access to a 50' round pen. We live on the property, so your horse is watched 24/7.  Automatic security gate.
